Yes, your Liftkeeper subscription includes training:
- with your initial onboarding (~20 hours)
- with new features we release (we are continuously expanding)
- advanced training upon request (typically after a year or more of Liftkeeper)
- refreshers along the way
Does Liftkeeper offer customer and IT support?
Yes, we stand behind our product 100% with a team of elevator professionals. In fact, once you subscribe to Liftkeeper, you will interface with an Account Manager that has elevator industry experience (on average, our Customer Service team has 5 years of experience in the elevator industry).
Do I need to download an application to use Liftkeeper?
No download or software installation is necessary. Liftkeeper is accessed through an internet browser on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Can my customers access Liftkeeper?
Yes, we offer unlimited customer portal users free with your Liftkeeper subscription.
Can Liftkeeper interface with my accounting software?
Yes, our internal software team can interface with your accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). In fact, we can build an interface with most software to automate the flow of data between your applications and remove the need for manual data entry.
Will my answering service be able to log into Liftkeeper?
Yes, we offer a special user account just for your answering service and include training for that company (if we haven’t trained them already, as we already work with several of the elevator answering service companies).
